Post your favorite prog rock songs. Of course, after seeing Buffalo ’66 (way back when), I thought of this:

Love it, Ben! And everyone looks about 4 feet high in the clip, for some reason…

Lol! This is why Prog Rock is fun. Insane.

Have you seen this documentary on youtube? The part (there are 9, naturally) that is hilarious is how one band says it never had cute girls in the audience, and the “groupies” that came to meet them backstage were actually rather unattractive. Lol:

Best prog rock song ever: “Hocus Pocus” by Focus. Great version on Youtube, live in 1973. Check it out.

Posting it here, Z. – damn, that does rock! :)

Here’s the live version you mentioned:

BTW, the yodeling guy’s rim beard is pretty awesome. Abe Lincoln-ey.

It’s probably totally uncool to like Genesis – at any point in their career – but whatever…

Well you can’t forget Jethro:

Nathan, I love Peter Gabriel-fronted Genesis. By the time Phil Collins takes the stage, not so much. In addition to Focus, I HIGHLY recommend an album called “The Rotters Club” by a British band called Hatfield and the North. Superb!
