Hi, I’m doing independent film for my dissertation in university. One portion is about the blurring line between ‘independent’ cinema and Hollywood cinema in America. Oh and Bobby Wise… its just a dissertation for my bachelors degree. i wish i had a doctorate!!

thats what it sounded like. youre not the first person that confused me on here referring to undergraduate work as a dissertation. im assuming youre studying outside of america. im just used to the american system, thats all. where the word dissertation isnt really used unless youre talking about doctoral work.

this site often trends a bit younger than i expect. i rarely hear any grad students or post-grads popping up here to discuss work.

I took the survey and have asked friends to do likewise so don’t be surprised if you get a rush of negative comments about him since no one I know can stand the S.O.B. anymore either.
