u can use broken the search engine
Hi David,
If you ever suspect that a film you submitted is in the database but you can’t find it via the search function then please shoot myself, Adam Cook, Duncan Gray, or Joe Bowman a message and we’ll be able to provide the link. On the flipside, if you’re still waiting on a submission to appear and it’s taking an irregular amount of time, then feel free to send a message and we’ll look into it.
Thanks!
hey kurt how about films that were submitted and not added?
can’t we be sent an email explaining why with a simple reason such as required information needed or the picture is not good
that can help confusion because people don’t wanna go through the whole submission process again without knowing why a film was not added in the first place
Like2sleep,
Could you please PM me with an example where a submission of yours didn’t show up? I’ll look into this asap.
kurt i am not talking about me i am talking about all the films everyone has submitted that don’t appear on the database
Two submissions of mine have been in the database but haven’t been “quite ready for public consumption” for a while now. I don’t mean to sound impatient or anything, just wondering "whaddup wit dat?
Like2sleep: Submissions can take between a month or two to appear. If it it seems like yours or another member’s submission is stuck in limbo, then feel free to contact us.
Mignonette: Eyeball Eddie & Waiting will be up soon.
so how about the email idea? some helpful mubi cooperation :O)
any news on the email idea?
an even better idea is sending the message via profile pages (much easier and direct from the film submission pages) instead of email

Is there any way to find out if a film you submitted has been added to the database? If not, there should be someway to alert whoever posted the submission that it’s been added because otherwise you never know.
