Let’s hijack this terrible thread to discuss something else very interesting…the Chernobyl clean-up crew’s appropriation of the term “stalkers” for themselves and “the zone” for the fallout area that they had to work in.
And on that note, the fact that now there’s a videogame series called S.T.A.L.K.E.R. set in “the zone” in which you fight Chernobyl mutations. Fascinating.
It seems that JL himself reviews recent releases while his body double takes care of classic films. Together they cover the entire spectrum.
