I hate it too. Everywhere you have the option of logging in with facebook. In spotify everyone can see what you listen to if youre not careful.
I think most users are angry that Mubi keeps shoving Facebook in their faces, and have been for months, but I haven’t heard any kind of response from the actual people maintaining the site.
We are Facebook. Resistance is futile. Your website will be assimilated.
I thought this was supposed to be getting fixed… I don’t know what happened though, for me it’s been persisting for months now
I hate it, too, but for me it has stopped.
Try the old “clearing your cache” routine and see if that helps.

I have my reasons for not being on Facebook and I don’t want to be confronted with this shit on every website I am visiting!
Fortunately the prompt while coming to the site via desktop browser is easy enough to move past, but when I come here using my iPhone it’s impossible to get past that prompt and to the site since there isn’t any way to click not now and proceed to the site.

And it’s not like facebook will last longer than a few years.
