Doctor Who is no longer being broadcast on the Syfy (this is actually how the channel is spelled) channel here in the United States (Sigh). I would have to get digital cable or a satellite dish to see it here.

Cecil, at first I was scared that there might be an earthquake, but there was an earthquake last wk in L.a. and it was no big deal. It happened when I was watching Alice in Wonderland in 3-D!!

Ben, oh. Well when you do get round to season 5 somehow it is a lot better. We’re only two episodes in here in the UK but I’m really enjoying it. Obviously you have to put up with some jumps in logic and so forth but there’s been some really good stuff so far.

Ben, I like him. I prefer Tennant, obviously, but Smith has been good fun to watch I thought. He is very energetic. I’m not sure how well he’ll cope with the more serious dramatic moments as the series goes on but certainly so far he’s done well.

The Queen is an interesting movie. It’s about a very important time in her life. I remember telling my mother early in the morning many years that some “princess” had died and she didn’t believe me. Isn’t it interestomg that something so tragic touched the entire world ( At least it sounds like it did.).
