“I love ya Baby!”
This was my first Belushi film. A true loss.
I hate Illinois Nazis
I hope they don’t have scmods.
You need to see Animal House.
Funny story about Animal House. My mother was at the University of Oregon when they were filming it and could have been an extra.
Bradford Cox did an improvised hour-long cover of My Sharona at an Atlas Sound concert on Friday. That’s so awesome – I hope a full-length recording comes out soon.
If he had done it in the 70’s with some other similar song that everyone knew and was heard all the time it would have been one of the greatest artistic statements of the 20th century. Now it’s a little bit passe, but still pretty cool, IMO.
Oh weird – I just read that he went to a high school in the same town I grew up in!
Whenever big parts of Harvard Square are blocked off, it can only mean one thing. Ben Affleck is filming!
Can someone please help me explain why this is?

Now I’m doing a documentary on the Ursuline Center. Interesting concept. Rare artifacts are there. It’s my project too.
be sure to bring up mother joan and the mad nuns!
The funny thing is is that the Loudon event that inspired The Devils and Mother Joan involved Ursuline nuns.
Plus I can apply for grants. Should be interesting.

I had the day off meant to see two Greenaway’s but wasted the day doing nothing really
Was one of them Zed and Two Noughts?
What did you all think of Jim Carrey’s take on Andy Kaufman, “Man on th Moon”? While I appreciate the Situationist Prankster elements of Kaufman’s career, I find the script’s arc strangely naturalistic for such an iconoclastic performer.
I could never get into the film. Still haven’t watched the whole thing. I appreciate Carey’s interest in playing Kaufman, whom I respect a great deal, but the film seems like a misfire.
I made a DP. Sorry.
Anyone who thinks singing the mighty mouse theme song is funny does not know comedy. Nonetheless Kaufman was the biggest influence on me and the reason I am not funny. Not a zed and two noughts everyone should watch that one.
WAKE UP STL AND START ROCKIN’
