Sounds like a Swanberg film. Coming soon to an arthouse theater nowhere near you.
Good luck with your play, DiB.
Anyone out there wanna follow me?? I’ve been stuck with my least favorite number for days.
oh no bijoux. i sympathize. i’m not the only one with troubling numbers obsession. YES!!
Thanks, Ruby!! It just figures. I’d gone a few weeks getting steady requests and as soon as I hit that number nothing.
I just sent a follow request bijoux hope we become good friends
What will happen if that number persists, Bijoux? (dom dom dom dom dooooooooommmmmm)
Brian saved me.
I would honestly have a panic attack, Odi :(
Um……….

^ Keanu as Travis? HA….. ??
LOL Chloe looks like a mannequin. I’ve seen this before, actually, but never got the Taxi Driver reference…
June Foray (The voice of 1/2 my namesake as well as many other classic cartoon characters) was nominated for her first emmy!
I hope she wins, even though she is competing against Squidward.
The most unlikely movie to get a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes?
My daily sex joke……….

^ LOL Looks like your black hole kid didn’t work out…
I thought a double entendre with John was better.
UHHHHHHHHHH

At least this didn’t happen to you, Bijoux ;)
@ben.: That is fucked up.
Hahaha, Dude. Good one.
Preminger vs. Hitchcock. GO!
The Hitch. Duh.
Haven’t seen any Preminger, but come on now…
’Ey, Scottie! Welcome to STL!
I’ve only ever seen Anatomy of a Murder from Preminger (loved it), so I can’t comment. But it seems like an odd comparison from what I’ve seen.
You know, this thread can be a real eye-opener sometimes, even for those of us that seldom come here. For example, several days back, Odi posted (p. 5373) a Kate Bush video/sound clip from her album The Dreaming and mentioned how she was way ahead of her time. Well, I listened to the clip, then the whole album. Now, I’ve downloaded it and am listening to it all the time (driving my wife nuts, too). The album is awesome, so thanks for the recommendation, Odi.
You STL!-ers are changing lives, one post at a time. I recall a fellow here that wanted to make a book just from the posts on this thread. If it was properly selected and edited down a bit, that would make some fascinating reading! Keep armchair sociologists, psychologists, grammarians, and deconstuctionists busy for weeks.
On behalf of us here at STL!, thanks, Oxymoron.
Is it time for a Celebrating the Presence of STL on Mubi thread?
wait til u see her crazy dancing…
no dude, please. stop celebrating :\
Brian Courtney
what a vulgar thread
