I’ve been considering getting Hulu +. Kris has netflix streaming and I’m getting two Dvds at once, but I’d rather do all streaming.

they’ve got tons of criterions, many of which will never be released on disc. and everything streams in HD

That might be my first order of business when I get back. I’ll be off here for the most part until Sunday or Monday.

AAAAAHHHHH The cutest cat has been outside my apartment since this afternoon!! I can’t tell if he’s a stray or not. He’s a boy, and I don’t think he’s neutered. But he seems to be in really good condition – his coat’s nice and he’s got lots of energy.

I had a really long struggle with myself and decided that I should leave him outside. He’s really only been around for about seven hours, which isn’t that long in the course of things. He could just be an outside cat who got out of his collar while exploring the apartment complex, and who will go back home. If I had an outside cat who hung around someone’s house for one afternoon, I wouldn’t want them to just take the cat inside…

But on the other hand I just feel so bad for him staying outside overnight! Still, it’s Georgia in August, so it’s not like it’s cold or anything. I made the right decision, right??

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I did post that I found him on Craigslist, so maybe someone will get back to me tomorrow.

he’s pretty small, someone could’ve dropped him off. if he’s still there tmrw i think u could feed him but it shouldn’t be a problem for him being outside overnight. if he knows how to get home he will go there

He gave me such a sad look when I closed the door on him, and that’s probably gonna haunt my dreams! :( But he’ll be fine… it’s summer, and he’s a cat.

It starts out with Dffoo being very kind to the cat and wondering about it… Then he begins feeding it… Soon enough, he adopts it.

I don’t mean to be a troll, or an ogre either, but I’ve been eavesdropping on you guys for the last few pages (days) and I want to say you’re all pretty wonderful—every one, but especially the girls. I looked at the photo of Raquel Welch and realized there are differences after all. Guys are all sandy, whereas girls carry big rocks of crack cocaine on strings around their neck. Don’t know why I never noticed before. I wish every one of you so much happiness you’ll go to the pharmacy and beg for over-the-counter happiness remover. I even think the jerk at the high school reunion deserves more than a punch in the kisser, maybe a coupon for a free year in therapy with someone who can help him see his shitty attitudes and self-esteem issues. I hope the cat flourishes, the goats balance long into the future, the Catholics learn to accept everyone else’s notion of morality as being equal to their own, it’s just spoken in Pirate instead of Latin, or Italian, or Coptic, or whatever. For the sad ones, I think you’re the best. It hurts so crazily to be lonely and sad. But threads like this are so cool for people, even eavesdroppers like me. Hope when I’m gone that my children remember me as the one who introduced them to The Marx Brothers, that’s so great.

Are there adult cats that are as small as kittens? Like small breeds of cats?

there are people who breed miniature ‘toy’ or ‘teacup’ cats. the small size is due to an endocrine malfunction so they are bred for a specific genetic deformity. i don’t approve of breeders in general and this seems particularly cruel. perfectly beautiful cats are killed every day. spay/neuter your pets people

I really only like cats when they’re small though. Once they’re bigger, they become possessed by demons.
