how are people making these?
Is that you, John Wayne? Is this me?
Damn I haven’t checked in here for a while and there are so many awesome covers.
Does anyone have covers of The Thin Red Line? It would be interesting to see what users come up with versus what Criterion eventually puts out.
Does anyone have a template for photoshop with the criterion logo and the year and title parts? I had one but I lost it at some point.
Here you are Mike:
Whoa, those are some great covers man! The American Psycho one is fantastic, I like them both! Great work!
I’m 22 days late, but that “Valerie and Her Week of Wonders” cover a page back is spectacular.

I haven’t posted in a long time but I’m really glad about how some of these came out
This thread is suffering.
there are still some gems being made here
everyone else just keep on practicing and please dont make your own template. I’m sure there are plenty of pre-made Criterion templates from every era so no need to make your own with incorrect dimensions
^ Love the colors.
Really cool covers for Days of Being Wild. I’m not sure which I prefer. What a dream it’d be for Crit to release a decent edition of that film (esp. over Chungking Express, the poppiest but most shallow of WKW’s early flicks).

Not my best, but I thought I’d do one before I went to bed.

Pretty and interesting 2046, DEQUINIX. I like the abstract quality.

There are some beautiful covers. I really like the Renaldo and Clara, Before Sunset, and All Around Us covers, they’re really nice. There has been some really good work in this thread.
