i think those covers for La Dolce Vita and Children of Men are great ideas. the Michael Clayton cover is good if you know the reference…took me a second. pretty awesome stuff going on here
Fantastic Aphonik, I just recently watched that film and fell in love with it. It’s surprising that theres so little praise/acknowledgement for it here on the Autuers.
i still haven’t seen The Wire (shoot me…i know), but i was a huge fan Homicide: Life On The Streets, David Simon’s first creation for Television. anyone else see that feel like making a cover of it for me? Probably the best Network TV series I’ve ever seen.

Marq: The Wire is pretty similar, even down to some storylines, but (not to detract from Homicide) superior in every imaginable way.

not really though…i’ve wanted to see The Wire for a while, but after renting all Seven Seasons of Homicide from Netflix, i got away from renting TV show DVDs for a while. now that my roomates have gotten me into Firefly, maybe i’ll have to raid Netflix for The Wire, since i’m back on the TV show kick.
I like the Homicide: Life on the Street/X-Files crossover episode. Richard Belzer ftw!
