As Dimitris knows, I was holding on to some potentially riskier choices during the Cup because I wasn’t sure how they’d go over . . . as it turns out, trying to play it a little “safer” with Memories of a Marriage didn’t quite work out for me, either :). But I’ve got a few Danish choices I wanted to get out there, so I welcome the opportunity to get crushed by Italy. In the most friendly way possible, of course.
I won’t crush you because I’m going to just pick personal favorites.

Kai, Memories of a Marriage wasn’t a safe choice at all but i’m glad you picked it!!!
Denmark like several other countries doesn’t have many “big names” in its roster, so whenever you use your popular directors, you won’t have many chances afterwards for victories, so…either you keep altering the same films or hoping the public won’t be in such a Carl Dreyer love-fest ;)
I definitely want to be involved next time around. I’d love to manage a team!
come on over Adam, we do need managers now that some individuals have given up (where is Justin Vicari anyhow???) and by re-organizing some teams’ status, i do think we can create a major event of clashes even with a couple same films (but hopefully, not similar results, hehe)
I wouldn’t know which country to play for, as I’m not really an expert on any specific nation. I have an affinity for France, Germany and Japan though.

Ok, when do people want the next world cup for? Should the next be after 4 years like the football? I suggest Portugal must be in and a Baltic team, and maybe there could be a Euro cup before then? Or would people prefer another Directors cup or similar first?
Or what about an under-20 tournament, that’d be fun too.
