Send an email to Criterion. They’ll send you a replacement copy for free (and they probably won’t even ask you to mail in your defective booklet).
Update: The excellent service over at Criterion is shipping a replacement Booklet. Thanks Santino and the CC customer service!
Yeah that was probably the dumb shits I work with who bound the booklet wrong. I work at a place that does the printing and binding for the majority of CC new releases. It’s pretty funny actually.
@tommy: I would want to work there. Probably steal a few booklets so y’all can read the stuff ahead of everyone :P
Not funny for the company who has to reprint the booklets at their cost because of the error of their press people.
But Mulvaney/Criterion are great with getting back with their customers and glad to hear that they responded quickly and sent you a replacement.

So I picked up the latest Criterion release on blu-ray today. It turns out that the booklet has pages 7 and 8 misplaced, along with page 4 which is attached to page 21 and not even stapled into the booklet. So I’m slightly upset by just how shoddy this is and was wondering if I got a bad copy or did anyone else experience this?
