@ Captain: Damn. My bad. Good catch & thanks. I haven’t seen PF (or TR) in at least 15 years.
All of that Elvis talk by Clarence in TR had me reminiscing about the wrong film.
Add to that, both were written by Tarantino, who would seem to be an Elvis devotee. Funny that he played an Elvis impersonator in a brief scene in a Golden Girls episode, cast Kurt Russell (who played Elvis for John Carpenter’s TV movie), etc.
I still prefer the Beatles (and any number of other directors) over Elvis and Tarantino.
