"this fall, a truly gutsy release"

If anyone received this month’s Criterion newsletter, they would notice a fox eating its intestines. Now, the obvious would suggest Wes Anderson’s Fantastic Mr. Fox. But,I do not recall any reference to anyone consuing their own organs or any organ. Why would this be suggested “a gutsy release” I do not know, but I think it’s going to be a different film. Any ideas?
