I assume it is due to the fact that Darjeeling was distributed by Fox Searchlight, and Fox was not willing to license it to Criterion under acceptable terms for whatever reason.
Can I be frank and ask why Criterion picked up any of Wes Anderson’s films?
Am I the only one who dislikes them? Especially The Fantastic Mr. Fox.

All of Wes Anderson’s films except for The Darjeeling Limited have been released by Criterion. Does anyone have a clue why the didn’t pick it up?
