I’m talking about the first part here , some people say it’s bullshit and untrue. well I don’t understand them because no bullshit story is more bullshit than Christ story.
From what little I remember the problem with the first 30 minutes isn’t with its overall point but with the fact that it loses almost all credibility by resorting to inaccuracies and/or outright lies in order to make it. Given how easy it would have been to make the same case using readily available and relatively uncontroversial facts (the god who dies and is reborn is common to most agricultural socities with the summer solstice and winter solstice marking key holidays, moon worship is traditionally matriarchal and sun worship traditionally patriarchal, gods have been replaced over and over throughout history as a conquering civilization instills its own values over the conquered but their role has remained the same) then it simply reeks of laziness.

It doesnt propose anything and whatever is saying is poorly made. over hyped as hell and at the end of the day didnt achieve one bit as a movement. Founder members fighting over stupid things.
I dont’ care if you call it poorly made. the first part about Jesus is true ,that’s enough. I knew it before I watch this film.
I’m beginning to hate money and bank , everybody loves making money , people are very money-oriented, the poor end up lonely often, it’s sad.
