I like it, wasn’t convinced by the music at first but it grew on me and built the right way at the end. I like the mood. It may not be your typical demo reel, and may not want to be your flagship one, but I think it’s nice. I will say, however, that it takes awhile to build. They’re all beautiful images but there’s only so much you can actually build to in a short demo reel. In any case, I’m sure you thought of this but you may want to consider adding titles to the films as we come to see them a second time. Having them flash at the end doesn’t do the filmmakers justice, and if you see something interesting in the demo reel you’ll want to know what it is as well. Sometimes making people dig isn’t for the better.
Just thought I’d share some thoughts with you! Looking good though, Cinesthetique is starting to really mature as a brand.
