What is Kubrick's Most Under-Appreciated Film?

Underrated is definitely Eyes Wide Shut.
Under-viewed is Barry Lyndon. Not enough people have witnessed it.

I would have to agree that Eyes Wide Shut was the most under-appreciated.
I actually just heard about it in the past year and finally saw it not that long ago.
It is my new favorite Kubrick film.
