Was it just a mindless porn film, or did they go to see a legitimate film that happened to be quite sexually explicit?

…though the film on the marquee may not be the film they saw.

It definitely seemed like a real, pre-existing movie – very bizarre mix of an almost clinical educational film and full-on 70s swingers orgy.
