Where to now?

So, in July I saw my first Ophuls: “Lola Montes”; and then in the past three months up until today I have seen: “The Earrings of Madame de…”, “La Ronde”, and finally, “Le Plaisir”.

What are some other Ophuls I should see?

Letter from an Unknown Woman for sure. His noirs that Vic recs, Caught and The Reckless Moment, are nice genre departures, and masterpieces.

Caught is on TCM Monday night.

What Vic said, though I wouldn’t call The Exile required viewing.
