the man has travelled the world and is practically an expert on Jamaican music. why is he somehow averse to things exotic?
I mean his list is pretty much what I would have guessed it would be. No surprises. With the exception of the Henzell’s film, they’re mostly nice, urbane films made before 1960. It’s not like he’s got Lodge Kerrigan’s Clean, Shaven on there at #3.
