I’ve gotta second PolarisDiB. I’ve only been using MUBI for about a month, but thus far I’ve remarked that his forums posts are always great.
Greg X, Matt Parks, DiB, House, Jazz for starters (I’m sure I forgot people, I like many posters here!), because they never fly off the handle, and if they do get irritated they do it most politely, with humor. Also because they’re very good at articulating what they feel, which I have a harder time doing because I get too wrapped up in feeling. I like people who are the opposite of me to discuss stuff with — they make me feel a little bit sane. ;)
greg x is probably the most omnivorous cineaste i have ever encountered, devouring everything from blockbusters to bollywood. he can make a stirring defense of the ‘twilight’ films and i find that admirable

Let’s bring some euphemism here: So far, Judicial Joe, Odilonvert, PolarisDiB, and Santino are people whose comments I like most. If you want to see more people whose opinions I like, go see my “Following” list. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I admire Kenji or any other seasoned Mubi veteran because I’ve only been here for about 8 months and became very active starting December (but not THAT active, apparently).
