If we’re speaking in a purely aesthetic sense, and mostly of facial features, not including other factors such as grace of movement or magnetism, then I’ve narrowed it down to four: Zhang Ziyi, Audrey Tautou, Halle Berry, Sienna Miller…
… and I’ll shamelessly add Elisa Cuthbert to that list! (Not really an actress, I know.)
I also find many of the above mentioned women beautiful, but would like to mention someone I developed a childhood crush on many years back and who I always felt was one of the loveliest actresses around; Sharon Tate.
Louise Brooks, Ingrid Bergman, Jean Seberg, and Lillian Gish.

Julie Christie might be my favourite, or maybe Irene Jacob. Also most if not all actresses in Bergman films are easily candidates for world’s most beautiful woman.
Grace Kelly…..then Anna Karina without a doubt.
