Write Here, you Write Here

I just want a place to post my prose, my thoughts. But these thoughts aren’t meaningless, so they don’t belong in Absmurd. You can write stuff here, too.

I walked yesterday down the path that led to my school for the second time, and the first time I thought, “I’ll be walking down this path at least 100 more times, and maybe a few more in the same direction when I’m in high school. But when I leave, there’s a very slim chance that I will even walk down the path one more time in the future. This path will see a lot of feet in a long time, but eventually it will not anymore.” So when I walked down that path the second time, the path got a little bit longer. I wonder if it will keep doing that, until I’m back in my 3-year old mind when I had that dream that I had to use the bathroom, but all of these strange people wandered around my eyes and when I asked them they just moved on. They weren’t people, they were silhouettes. Am I a silhouette?

. I feel bad for Noah Webster, but he probably loved what he did. He might prefer to be a shadow, too.

BECAUSE I AM AN ENIGMA, I GIVE TO THE EARTH AND THE EARTH GIVES TO ME.
People don’t understand that… we are all part of the ether, tether, fabric, tapestry, myths! We create legends passed down for centuries, because we are human! Is it wrong to have taste, good or bad? Is it wrong to feel, pain or happyness? That is the real pursuit! It is not happiness! IT IS TO FEEL!

Yes, we should not fear death. It’s completely irrational. Life is hardship, so why fear what is essentially hardships end? Fortune takes back what never belonged to us in the first place. Life is Fortune’s caprice, not her gift. I’m only drawing this out for dramatic effect, but I’ll never understand how people cling to their wretched existences. You’d be happier if you prepared to die.

I feel very strongly about death. Because as human, we are drawn to hardship, and through hardship we achieve success… so while I do not fear death, I fear the stripping of individuality and purpose that a utopia heaven might be. In fact, you could call that my hell… If there is a heaven, and a god, when I die I’ll end up right back on Earth…

I want to smash a guitar, and pick it apart, and see what’s inside of it to know what the guitar used to be and then determine it’s personality through the color of its soul. Because that is meaningful to me.

I’d hate to have to live in a godless world. While I’m sure there is no divinity, I must obstinately believe the perfect contrary. The human being is far too frail and weak to get by on it’s own.

…if Hell exists, you’re in it. Welcome death and its image. It’s the only relief you’ll ever have.

La mort qui nous oublie si peu.”

The human being is weak and frail because the human being does not think, we’re not worthless… we’re just there. I like to be a human being because without my “being” I am just human, a human carcass, cocoon. And when I sprout my wings, my wings are made of nothing, and my soul is made out of nothing, and my body is made out of nothing… because when the earth reclaims you, you become the earth, and the earth has no soul. Because the earth, a long time ago, used its soul to feed us.
