Peter Greenaway’s magnificent A Zed and Two Noughts, an incredibly underrated film. Here are a couple of other stills from it (sorry they aren’t all blue haha).

Greenaway really loves his Vermeer

I thought that I had made that joke far too obvious, given that the name of the film was quite clearly spelled out on the image. I thought wrong.
In related news, I was watching The Exploding Girl and the male character asks the female character if she wants to come over and watch a film called Zoo from the 80s. She says no.
To this I joked to my friends, “Now I know what an unlikable character is.”
But I wasn’t joking. Burn her! Burn her!
It’s not underrated. It’s just too good. It’s like the most fattening junk food. Some people are on a diet and they just can’t eat it.

You have friends?
Every time I see this thread I hear, “YOU! YES, YOU BEHIND THE CREPE SHADES! STAND STILLL LADDIE!!!”
“HOW CAN YOU HAVE ANY PUDDING IF YOU DON’T EAT YOUR MEAT?’
Right? It’s freaking ridiculous to ask for pudding if you don’t eat your meat.
@Allan was going to post that song :) what a gorgeous thread this turned into
