Public librarian by trade, wannabe cinephile by desire. Still kind of groping my way through cinema, but every once in a moon will try to systematically work my way through time periods, genres, or auteurs. I find the scattershot method more appealing and satisfying, but I definitely learn more about film during the systematic periods.
