Cool! I actually saw Jarmusch and Cronenberg after the gala of A Dangerous Method. If I hadn't said so already thanks a lot for fanning my list!
Thanks for follow me ;] don't worry about haven't seen Godfather, in the other hand, I've never seen 2001: A Space Odyssey, haha. We should correct this mistake!!
Sorry for the delay! Had I wrote to you sooner, perhaps we could have seen something together. Anyway, I have recommendations for you in case you want to see these films when they get their proper release. Of the Nikkatsu films I thoroughly enjoyed: Uchida's Earth, Itami's Capricious Young Man, Love Hotel and the rarely seen Sun in the Last Days of the Shogunate. As far as I know, all four of these films are rarely screened and are scarcely distributed. I didn’t hate Cronenberg’s A Dangerous Mind, but I was slightly underwhelmed. Panahi’s This is Not a Film is much more illuminating. I have yet to see Pina, A Seperation, The Turin Horse, or even Once Upon a Time in Anatolia, but i have inkling that they’re quite good. I hope you're midterms aren't too stressful. Cheers, Tristan
