I just saw your post on the Little Children page and... I heard, or read, so much noise and negative comments about this movie that yours felt like air in the asphyxiated atmosphere of all the pedantic, so-called cinephiles who can't stand movies from the past decade. Pardon my use of the cliché, it's not very subtil or anything, but I guess it remains relevant in this case. This Todd Field movie was quite excellent, from the narrative to the aesthetic and all its implied references, echoes and significations, but it stayed heavily underrated, even despite the great actors performances... So I guess it just felt right to finally fall upon a positive comment. I checked your movie ratings, and even if we of course don't agree on anything, I actually like your tastes. That, and the fact you're not afraid to say you liked Factory Girl. Also, it's nice to find Mean Creek, The dead Girl, or Adam in someone's list I think I will stay here for a while and dig a little bit more, if you doesn't mind :) (And I'm so sorry for the eventual mistakes and everything. I'm french, and even if it's surely not - and shouldn't be - an excuse, I sometimes make some horrible abberations and prefer to prevent the others for the blinding sight of them !)
