Since gradations among bad films don’t matter, I’ve tried to rate on a scale of excellence, relegating everything from the worst up to the merely so-so to one star, and spreading films with merit across two to five stars. Not that I’ve been remotely consistent in applying this parsimonious rating scheme… in fact most of my ratings reflect how inebriated I was when I watched the movie.

That's funny, I saw this in my local surviving record store. I was way because I really want the music more than the interviews but I will probably pick it up soon anyway since I hear such good things about the performances that are included. Have you watched it yet? (I accidentally deleted your wall post on my page)
