About Me

My name is Joel Cobbs. I live in Huntsville, Alabama, home of Space Camp and the Marshall Space Flight Center.

I am a Christian and have no problem admitting that. I believe God has a purpose for everything and everyone, including you and me. I CANNOT look at the world around me and not believe in God.

I also have convulsive seizure disorder. God has used these seizures in a miraculous way to make me the person I am. I have been in a coma, had my heart stop, lost my driving privileges, had brain surgery, and found myself in awe of who God is and how He works.

I’m REALLY interested in having my own movie collection. I’ve got one started, but it doesn’t ALL the movies I want. I love the classics, but also enjoy collecting cult classics.

http://www.imdb.com/mymovies/list?l=38407925 is the site of what I have now. More to come, I certainly hope.

What's Eating Gilbert Grape

Beautiful. My older brother is mentally challenged and watching DiCaprio's incredible performance and the relationship between him and Depp had me in tears.
