I was influenced by my uncle’s interest in independent film when I was growing up. I never went with him but I remember him talking about them to my mother from time to time. I never purposed to follow his way but over the years that have since gone buy I find myself an eccentric uncle myself. Rather known for my “weird” taste in movies from past roommates it is a rare friend that shares the same interest, although it has brought me a sense of satisfaction to know that I have expanded my friends horizon by their own account. I can be curious to a fault and love exploring.

I love music of all sorts almost in the same fashion as film. I don’t “go” for the popular culture but that doesn’t mean I shun it since my interests cross back an forth. I go for the creativity; the build. Sometimes that stream crosses through many “scenes” and trends.

I am trying to live by a simple philosophy of not expecting anything from anyone but expecting everything from myself. This has eased the tension of life that once gripped me with uncertainty. Often finding myself trying to please everyone I soon burned out. I am living simply as possible and enjoying the creative pleasures of others whether it be a film, music, a picture or a book.
