well Ingmar was according to Liv Ulman a typical male chauvinist, and he basically disliked everybody else. like he and Michelangelo Antonioni also disliked each other vehemently (and Mr. Antonioni was very fond of his family name just because in the alphabetical order, his name was always before "B"ergman).
i don’t compare Welles and Bergman anyway. there’s no point. they are both great artists in their own ways.
