Hey Lung Chieh. in fact I quite recently made a short film that can be seen here: http://vimeo.com/10539139. I would be interested in seeing your graduation film; fear not, none of us are ever proud of our first few films. I mainly want to see Motel Cactus due to a strong adoration of Camel(s), which I found through Surrealmoviez. Perhaps you should check it out there. The film is really brilliant and deserving of a viewing. Have you seen any other Hong Sang-soo films? Camel(s) is a like a quieter version of his early work. Yes, I am intensely jealous of what you have seen on the big screen, and what you will be seeing during SIFF. At the moment, I am only going for Sherman Ong's film and the Wiseman film.
I love "[REC]"! One of the reasons it astounds me is because of it's cheap efficiency with genre traditions, in a way making films like these less guilty to watch haha! It would be interesting to compare this with "Cloverfield", which, unlike what people usually like to believe, are two very different films in terms of their aesthetics. Go watch! Another interesting digital double-feature would be Neveldine/Taylor's "Crank: High Voltage" and "Gamer".
