































































I first liked it with reservations, but now I simply think it's a masterpiece. Sure, it has unwieldy flaws, but its audacity elevates so much of its content. I don't think I've seen a film that elevates its own emotional stakes through its visuals as much as this one. The race scenes aren't just eye-candy, but legitimately moving and thrilling sequences backed by real emotion.
Also good to see support for Bryan Singer's Superman Returns (the only worthwhile Singer film imo).
