Astonishing picture, great characters and visually beautiful. Love the image of life floating on like a river. Some scenes are beautiful, others nearly heart-breaking. Great experience and a perfect start for the Berlinale.

Visually exceptional and very stylish thriller with a somewhat futuristic look, a simple but clever story and a great anti-hero.

Thanks to Reichardt's unspectacular style of directing and the perfect portrait by Michelle Williams, this was a very intense movie experience that has the strength to intensify one's anger about our society. I'm going to miss Wendy.

An original script and two enjoyable actors make for a really cute movie. And if they inserted the "hommage"-scenes to please the serious movie-goers, so be it, because I enjoyed them a lot.
