I haven't given myself time to come up with anything serious to describe this film. It's just brilliant. Starts with a brilliant overture (how rare that you see these anymore), and then a story that drastically shifts gears, the result something that just stays with you. Put one of my family members in tears. Never saw anything by this director, but will keep an eye out in the future.
