Stunning, too bad it isn't as well restored as other films
Extra star for Pacino's face
Really great to watch but their are some gaping plot holes throughout, though I only noticed afterwards. During the watch I was captivated throughout, quite good for a two and a half hour film (for me at least).
Seemed to come along just at the right time for me
Wicked smaht

So much better than I thought it'd be. A couple american indie clichés slip in at the beginning (I can't speak so I'll write on a notepad to talk to you! Apathetic middle class american boy!) but it actually ends up being really really great. A heartfelt and honest film.
Fast forward to the last 15 minutes where Beyonce kicks the shit out of her husbands stalker. In heels.
Genuinely felt depressed afterwards because SPOILER I thought Bjork was dead.
Sublime. Absolutely sublime. I love Todd Haynes so much.
Had more fun watching the making of to be honest! Very sweet how the set was basically a playground for the child actors and film crews kids.
One of the worst films I've ever seen. Just plain crap, the most interesting aspect is the transitions between scenes.
Dull. English films only seem to win Oscars when the it's a story about monarchs. A travesty when you consider that This Is England didn't even get close to the acclaim this pish film got.
Good solid film but nothing special.
This looks way more exciting than the Swedish adaptations
Dull to be honest. May give his other films a go, but after this one I don't much motivation to do so.
It's lovely bobbing along...
Absolutely stunning
Sampat is incredibly brave for what she's doing for these girls
It's alright, but the comic is is a hundred times better.
Love this film so much, always a favourite. Put it on every time I need cheering up :)
I have no idea what to think of this film. The fact I'm still thinking about it a week later though means it deserves five though.
Excellent quote.
Brilliant apart from that fucking ending.
Remember watch this film on Youtube when I was 13 til about 3 in the morning, best music doc I've ever seen.
