I never watched the series, so maybe I'm missing something that fans should already know, but there were a few things never elaborated, like WHO THE COCK IS GENERAL MALICE? On the plus side, I enjoyed it nonetheless for its good animation, good ending, futuristic society and its use of symbolism. But still, it can be confusing.

There is some criticism about the Jews acting a lot like Nazis in a revenge-spree during WWII, but Tarantino's specialty is making the audience laugh at violence, so I'm fine with it.

Hyped up a bit. The wild things whine too much about their problems. Some whining is fine, but this goes over the edge. On the other hand, the music, directing, etc. was handled well.
