wahahaha suka-suka ini mah ya gak sesuai dengan NATO phonetic alphabet.
The lack of Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Nat Portman, Kat Dennings, and Patrick Doyle's score in this film disturbed me to the very bone.
To get things straight first: I hate Bergman ('s works). But this is a masterpiece in every aspects of filmmaking. Though a little bit slow in its extended christmas first act, but from there, its all going uphill. One question for Mr. Ekdahl, though: why Chopin's Funeral March? Why not Mozart's Requiem in D Minor?
Only second viewing would tell whether it's gonna be going down or rising up.
Dodo Umbrella Money Bridge Fantastic UmbrellaAgain Nihaoma.
You guys are nuts. THAT'S IT. WON'T LISTEN YO ANYONE ALL EVER AGAIN. (still regretting the decision not to watch this cinematic delight in, em, cinema)
Somewhat better than the first one. Em, about 0,000785 % better. But still, better.
Not to say that Ebert doesn't have a point. At some point, overlong and repetitive. And yes, even this "BEST ACTION FILM IN YEARS" couldn't escape that "hey, let;s be polite and face the protagonist one at a time, okay?" cliche.
I'm pretty sure that this is one of those film that will evolves from "I'm not sure whether i liked it or not" to "like it" to "LOVE IT" in each new viewing experience.
Why isn't someone told me that the guy from GTA IV has come to life.
It's one of those rare occasion in which i really don't care about what's what and who's who and why all of that is happening. This film is also is a rare occasion in which the director, the actors, the music composer, the art designer, the editor, and all behind the scene teams really triumph. This is simply called, a perfection in filmmaking.
The second viewing tells it all: It still gripped me to the edge of my seat. While the Bhurj Khalifa scene is indeed a breathtaking experience, but my favorite part is definitely the Kremlin part: Delicate direction, great editing, few chuckles, and ended with a (literal) big bang. Fuck it, let me click that became a fans. Frakk all the elitists out there.
If i were a man living in the jungle and then some townspeople do some experimental test showing me a complete viewing of this franchise randomly (Without telling which is the first which is sequel), i'd pick this as my favorite of all five.
Fun. And that's enough.
F*CK DRIVE.
Sorry. But i prefer Dalkomhan Insaeng.
The score: It has to be the most Fellini-esque score i've ever hear in Hollywod film. Humming it over and over and over.
Kazuo Kuroki. Who are you?
If only this one has a more Crazy, Stupid Ending rather than a very generic one, i'd rate it 4 stars.
I masturbate everytime the meteor comes near....BEST EVER!!!
Note to self: Watch the TV show first you idiot.
masterpiece
I EXPECT A LOT MORE DARKER ORIGIN STORY.
TELL ME!!", said Tom Hiddleston's Loki to Anthony Hopkins in the early moment of the film. Yeah, Tell me that The award for best superhero movie of the summer should go to this, rather than the overrated X-Men: First Class. Branagh disguised Shakespearean tragedy swiftly. With a hammer.
Feel disappointed with the Desplat "official" soundtrack? Here's something that would definitely cheer you all up: http://criterioncorner.tumblr.com/post/6794090621/treeoflifemusic
Where's Happy-go-Lucky ?
This is gonna be the third post from the last four that will consist the word "beautiful". Yes. Beautiful. And the second post from the last four that also has "funny" in it. Call me lazy. But it is true. Tulpan is such a beautiful film. And surprisingly funny right from the start.
Best from the series. And somewhere in Hollywood...Mark Wahlberg is pissed of because someone stole his Brazilian Job pitch.

Even as a Michael Bay's Die-hard fans (You read this right), this one is one big nonsense spectacle.
Work best as a conclusion. But as a movie. No. They shouldn't really divided it into 2 parts.
