Ahh, I feel the SAME WAY about how people say that about the ending... it's like they would be disappointed no matter what the ending was anyway. Some people even say it "went downhill" after season one... really? There are some other series I've loved since then, but nothing will quite grip me like Lost did. The only series that came close was Death Note, which I still love (although I don't watch anime much anymore).

I know the feeling! I even stopped watching movies when I was really into Lost... I think it'll always be my favorite. I get tired of hearing people whine about the ending... Well, I liked Super 8, but I guess I was expecting more from it? Hmm, I'm not sure how to explain it. I did like it though... just felt a little underwhelming at the end. It was definitely well-shot/well-directed though.

I didn't like Super 8 as much as you did, but I certainly also love JJ Abrams due to Lost ;)

Oh man. I know it's lame, but Annie Hall, for sure. I'm still working on seeing all of his movies. I hated Anything Else. What's yours?
