Actually it was not directed by Terry Gilliam but one of his FX guys from Time Bandits and Brazil, Julian Doyle.

Disappointing. Good thing the Hounds of Baskerville was better.
So very excited!
I feel that because of the big names in this production the Masterpiece Classic version of Great Expectation that only just came out will be ignored completely. The Masterpiece version was quite brilliant and a closer adaption to the book then this theatrical version will most likely be. I recommend watching that version, Gillian Anderson is lovely as Miss Havisham.

Out of all Kate Bush's music videos i don't see why they chose these particular ones. Since she was such a brilliant dancer they should have Running Up That Hill or Wuthering Heights on here. And Cloud Busting had Donald Sutherland in it and was directed by Terry Gilliam.

Based on how much i love Kazuo Ishiguro work, i really hope that this beautiful novel adapts well into a movie. The actors all seem a pretty well match to the characters, especially Andrew Garfield as Tommy. Oh, i'm so excited!
