haven't ventured into any of rohmer's films, well, save for the first two of his moral stories, but I suppose I will tackle his "masterpieces" in the ensuing months.
Thanks for your interest Alex. My favorite working filmmaker is without a doubt Paul Thomas Anderson. I am a great fan of confident intellect and ambition rather than mousy indie fiddling. I feel I am in the hands of a burgeoning master when viewing P.T.A's work.
