Transformers 2. Simply for the fact that its budget could have been divided by 3 and used to make much better films. The runner up is New Moon just because you could laugh at Twilight. New Moon really had nothing going for it. At least thats my opinion.

Watchmen was also pretty bad. Snyder did nothing as a director.

Why are 98% of good films rated R? over 2 years ago
Rated R gives the movie maker a lot of freedom on what they can show. Anything past Rated R would be too much for an average adult audience.
