I'm glad you are a big supporter of Norman Jewison. "Rollerball" is such a terribly underrated, non-understood film. They ought to be reviving his films on the big screen. I've seen so many N.J. movies, but only a couple on the big screen. Don't get me wrong, Melbourne Cinemateque is great, but for crying out loud, another year with no N.J. The A.C.M.I. facility as a whole could chip in with some N.J. but they waste time and government money with a lot of bullshit films (not all, just some)...why don't they show "Jesus Christ Superstar" every Easter or Christmas? The Astor Theatre (my favourite) came through with "Fiddler On The Roof" early last year...might have been one of the films I requested, either way, great to see it on the big screen. They've shown "Rollerball" heaps, too.
