@JAZZALOHA: and for Micmacs: nice story idea, has a few of the same elements as Délicatessen and La cité ... (yellowish lighting, the "dirt" element, ...) but much cleaner; I enjoyed it, but not as much as Délicatessen and Le fabuleux destin ...

@JAZZALOHA: Just my opinion, in short: - La Cité ...: the same type of atmosphere as Delicatessen, although a lit less claustrofobique - Le fabuleux destin ... : I'm not the happy happy type of person and usually appreciate movies with a "heavier" content, but: this one is a real feel good movie (in the true sense…)
