i love films, television, books, music, popular culture, raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens. I’m just an ordinary girl. full of fun and anticipation and hope. Love to be bitten, teased, challenged and overwhelmed. Film overwhelms me, challenges me.

I travel for work and pleasure. I’m a ’girl’s girl’ and a ’daddy’s girl’. I have a lot of responsibility at work so i like to have as much fun and pleasure as possible. I love to move, dance and listen to music, feed my soul. i am utterly self sufficient and not looking for anything from anyone. i have it all (my parents were yes, were, superb and I am an only child) so… everything i get is icing on my very delicious cake. that would be chocolate!

Favorite films"The Passion of Joan of Arc" (silent films! heaven!) “Gilda” but everything Noir and the rest… an impossibly long and ever changing list. the italian neo-realists, the mexican, the spanish, french new wave, War Kong Wai all make me feel differently, but… they make me feel. Anything starring Doris Day makes me happy! “The Group” defines my girlfriendships! Alain Delon is too beautiful, Helmet Berger is like a knife, Gregory Peck is the perfect man, Steve McQueen or Clive Owen, Robert Mitchum or William Holden the perfect men for me. i know, soooo obvious. “Darling” was impossibly important for the 13 year old me and i’m ashamed of loving it so much when I saw it with my Aunt who was supposed to ‘watching’ me. I dream in Fellini and live in John Huston, I love in Billy Wilder.
