I do appreciate Jiang Wen a great deal though I can't say I've seen many of his films and of the ones I've seen Devils on the Doorstep is the one that has really stuck with me. Of Kusutirca I have only seen Underground. Two directors I need to explore more. I agree with you on Polanski's Frantic- very underrated. One of my favorites is The Tenant - what an ending! I've just watched Noe's Enter the Void and the French Belgium co-production Amer this week- have you seen them? Thoughts? I loved Amer.
