Wow, this film is truly unlike anything I have ever seen. It feels as though someone explained what a film was to Obayashi, and without ever seeing a film he created this... Absurdly post-modern and ahead of its time (really even before the post-modern movement) it is a marvel that this exists. Seijun Suzuki's films appear to be traditional compared to HAUSU.
