Hey! Seen anything worthwhile recently? I'm going to the NYFF avant garde programs and I'd appreciate some recommendations. I'm considering going to the Solomon, Benning, McClure, Beavers, Dorsky, and Tscherkassky programs.

Thanks for the recs. I'd definitely seen what I can. Unfortunately I won't be around NYC in September due to school and stuff, but enjoy all the AFA screenings and what other goods you can find. You probably know more about what's showing where than me, but if you need any info on the theaters in NY just send me a message.

I haven't been in the mood to watch stuff recently plus there haven't been much that I really wanted to see. Perhaps I'll check out that avant-garde program. Oh who am I kidding of course I'll go see those, I'm really interested in the first 3 programs. As for the Brakhage bashing on this site, well haters gotta hate, I couldn't care less what they say considering all they've seen are from youtube videos.
